Q. 10 IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THAT SPRINGS TO MIND?

Q. 11 IN A NUTSHELL

The thing I feel strongly and most upset about is the mismanagement around our most vulnerable elderly
I resent the power and authority that HIQA held in these settings for a considerable number of years and failed to drive any preparation for a pandemic
It’s disgraceful and I’m shamed by it
as my beautiful 97-year-old auntie was fed the virus in such a setting.
